The distance between what is said and what is known to be true has become an abyss. Of all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous. The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil. When truth leaves us, when we let it slip away, when it is ripped form our hands, we become vulnerable to the appetite of whatever monster screams the loudest.
His base will just start defending having sex with underaged girls in due time, if they havent already. Shits a fucking cult
Guys! Inflation has been solved! Biden could never do this. He could never ask DoorDash to solve shit for that dementia riddled- wait what? Say that again?
That's some of the dumbest propaganda Trump has tried to put out since he declared ocean water is the wettest water.President Donald J. Trump’s bold economic agenda is delivering real results for American families — with new data from DoorDash’s State of Local Commerce report confirming that inflation has been tamed, everyday prices are beginning to drop, and wages are growing.
From breakfast tables to store shelves, President Trump’s agenda is lowering costs when families need it the most — fueling an economic comeback that is only just beginning as President Trump works to Make America Affordable Again.
Here are the main takeaways:
President Trump has tamed inflation.
The Breakfast Basics Index — which measures the price of three eggs, a glass of milk, a bagel, and an avocado — decreased 14% between March and September and 1.7% over the past year.
The Everyday Essentials Index — which measures the price of toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pain medicine, and diapers — fell over the past year.
Americans are beginning to see price declines.
Over the past year, prices actually declined for cheese, cereals & bars, fresh fruits, frozen meals, packaged meals, condiments, batteries, computers & accessories, phones & accessories, medicines, oral care, vitamins & supplements, outdoor products, and toys & games.
President Trump’s policies are fueling wage growth.
Nationally, wage growth is outpacing restaurant price increases — including at the city level in half of the cities studied.
Local economies are resilient.
56% of consumers say they’ve seen fewer businesses close in their communities over the past year.
Overall food spend has increased by nearly 5% over last year — faster than prices have risen, suggesting “consumers are buying more from businesses in their communities.”

Context is important.
The Breakfast Basics Index from DoorDash tracks the average price of three essential breakfast items: three eggs, a glass of milk, a bagel, and an avocado. As of September 2025, this index has decreased by 14% since March, primarily due to lower egg prices. The index's price range nationwide is from $3.21 to $6.66, with a national average of $4.35.
Heh. Seriously.

...Isn't that four items? The Breakfast Basics Index from DoorDash tracks the average price of three essential breakfast items: three eggs, a glass of milk, a bagel, and an avocado.
My guess is that it used to be just the latter three items, but they were forced to add eggs to the list in order to actually get the price to go down between March and September, since eggs are one of the only things that got cheaper, and only because they were sky-high early this year.
Edit: Well, well, well...

I swear any time I think I am in the dumbest timeline ... it gets dumber. We are using numbers from Doordash to determine if prices dropped? Are you kidding me?
This is just insanity on a level I never expected to see. Like Doordash ... flipping Doordash?

Funny how nobody, including Trump's own WH, mentioned this until recently. Literally everyone, including Trump's own WH, was posting "inflation is rising" since March.
Incidentally the attempt to say "wage growth is higher than inflation" is false. Maybe it's higher than restaurant price increases, I didn't bother to check because it's irrelevant. Wages are not increasing faster than inflation.
That article is 3 days old. This is the BLS data cited. And this is the BofA data cited, it is four days old. And they also cited this JPMorgan article with the headline "Real income growth shifts down, especially for the young" dated Oct 29.The drubbing that Republicans took at the ballot box last week highlighted Trump’s weakness on the issue of affordability. But if voters are frustrated over high prices, the GOP’s challenges are unlikely to be resolved until consumers see a pickup in their paychecks.
Inflation-adjusted wage growth has been falling, government and private-sector data show, with inflation climbing faster than after-tax pay for lower- and middle-income households since the start of the year, the Bank of America Institute says. The rate of real income growth has slowed to levels last seen in the early 2010s, when the economy was still recovering from the financial crisis and the unemployment rate was roughly double what it is today.

All of this has coincided with declines in Americans’ perceptions of their own financial health and mounting pessimism over how they’ll fare in the next year. While few economists expect to see mass layoffs or surging unemployment, a dropoff in job postings and employers’ reluctance to hire new workers don’t bode well for anyone looking to get a raise.
Imagine being so desperate for good news, you go with DoorDash over Bank of America, JPMorgan, and your own Department of Analyzing This Shit, when trying to find economic data.
DoorDash.
Sad. Pathetic. IMPOTUS.
I like how he's betting everything on "egg prices dropped since bird flu".
Avocado isn't essential. Avocado is punishment.

Someone who's afraid to talk about the price of coffee increasing.
Notice that's CPI data from last month. You know, WH data. The average U.S. price of a pound of ground coffee hit $9.14 in September, a 3% increase from the August average of $8.87 and 41% higher than in September 2024, according to U.S. government figures. Coffee prices have been increasing sharply since the start of this year.
Consumer prices for food purchased for home use and away from home were 3% in September compared to the same month a year earlier, the U.S. Labor Department reported Friday. The consumer price index, which measures a broader sample of all coffee products, including instant coffee, showed U.S. coffee prices up 19% from September 2024 and flat compared to August.
And to further your point, let's get even more pedantic: if the DoorDash report is so great the WH wants to use it, where the hell was it last month?
Even FOX News *ding* is skeptical.
It's the same report. Trump just "forgot" this part. Both CBS News and NBC News have their own food price trackers, and they both say prices are up. So does the WSJ. So does everyone else.DoorDash’s Cheeseburger Index, which tracks the cost of a classic meal of a burger, fries and a soda, found prices up just 3.8% over the past year, rising from $17.90 to $18.58 nationally. But the picture looks very different from city to city. In Lincoln, Nebraska, the meal averages $10.75, while in Anchorage, Alaska, it jumps to $25.55.
Trump is putting everything he has on "bird flu has gotten better". He's lying. He's lying, and he's desperate.

Trump isn't going anywhere. Its just going to be a lot of right wing spin and everyone that needs to will sell the spin as hard as they can. We live in too shit a timeline for anything real to actually happen.

Looks like Georgia's RICO case against trump is back on the menu, boys.
So this is how liberty dies, with thunderous applause.
