It is truly amazing how they can continue to be so corrupt and incompentent at the same time. Hats off!
They should have named them "Trump Lost 2020" Airport and "Trump is the Most Mentioned Pedo in the Epstein Files" Airport. Alt is "Trump Shit Himself on Live TV" Airport

Amazon's taxes decreased by 87% thanks to Trump.

The tax law that congressional Republicans and US President Donald Trump enacted last summer has proved to be a massive boon for Amazon, slashing the corporate behemoth's 2025 tax bill even as its profits surged and it moved ahead with mass layoffs that have cost 30,000 workers their jobs since October.

Citing a new securities filing, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday that Amazon's "current US taxes, an accounting measure of taxes incurred last year, declined to $1.2 billion from $9 billion" while the company's "pretax US profit increased by 44.5%, to $89.5 billion. On a cash basis, the company paid $2.8 billion in federal income taxes last year after paying more than $7 billion in each of the prior two years."

The 87% decline in Amazon's federal tax bill for 2025 was largely attributable to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act's corporate-friendly depreciation tax breaks.

The new securities filing comes just days after Amazon confirmed it axed 16,000 corporate jobs as part of what's believed to be a sweeping effort to replace workers with robots and artificial intelligence models in the coming years.

The Roosevelt Institute, a progressive think tank, noted that the tax benefits that Amazon and other giant corporations are raking in "didn't come free."

"The same law slashed Medicaid and the [Affordable Care Act] and is now exacerbating our medical debt crisis," the organization wrote on social media. "Congress made a choice: cut assistance for the most vulnerable to double down on a tax code already favoring dominant firms."

In a statement on Friday, Amazon—founded by billionaire Jeff Bezos—said its dramatically lower tax bill "reflects... changes by Congress" purportedly aimed at encouraging "greater investment in the American economy, its innovation, and its workers."

The Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP) noted Friday that Amazon is one of four companies that "have now disclosed that they collectively received $51 billion in federal tax breaks in 2025, much of that likely from the so-called One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) that was signed into law by Trump over the summer."

"The annual financial reports recently released by Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, and Tesla disclose that these corporations collectively reported $315 billion in US profits for 2025, and collectively paid just 4.9% of that amount in federal corporate income taxes—with Tesla paying exactly zero," wrote ITEP's Matthew Gardner. "That amounts to a collective tax savings of $51 billion last year for these four giant multinational corporations, versus what they would have paid if they paid the full 21% federal corporate income tax rate."

" Tax cuts pushed through by the Trump administration last year and in 2017 have made it possible for the fastest-growing companies in the world to pay record-low federal income tax rates on their income," Gardner added. "The tax avoidance of these four companies alone blew a $51 billion hole in the federal budget last year, and this is likely just the tip of the iceberg."

Supposedly the military is being "forced" to watch Melania.

Thousands of active-duty military personnel may have been “pressured” into seeing the Melania documentary at cinemas around the country, a watchdog has warned.

The $75 million Amazon film opened last week to $7 million at the box office—despite universally terrible reviews.

According to the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, those numbers have been artificially inflated by pressure from MAGA-aligned officers leaning on their troops to buy tickets.

“People are scared,” Mikey Weinstein, president and founder of the MRFF, said. Weinstein said he has received letters from members of the U.S. military at eight facilities worldwide, complaining that their superiors encouraged or pressured them to see the film.

He told Business Insider. “They were pressured to see the movie. Your military superior, that’s not your shift manager at Taco Bell or Starbucks. They have complete and total control over you.”

The MRFF, a non-profit founded in 2005 to promote the separation of church and state within the military, has roughly 100,000 members.

“Nobody that I know wanted to go except for those that did not want to get jacked up by our unit commander for not attending,” one of those members told Weinstein in a letter seen by journalist Jonathan Larsen.

The unit commander in question is alleged to have worn red MAGA hats in the past and “made it very clear” how he feels about those who do not support the administration’s agenda.

He is also alleged to have made seeing Melania count as one of the three “unit activity events” service members are required to attend each month. Such events are designed to promote bonds within combat units and their families.

The letter said, “…he ‘advised’ our unit members and their families to join him and his wife and children for a showing of that new documentary called ‘Melania’ at an off-base movie theater… When he said ‘advised’, we know what that meant.

“We feel helpless to try to fight against what he is doing here.”

“It tears it down,” he said. “It’s like injecting cancer into the body of the military unit.”

In a statement to the Daily Beast, the Department of Defense said that there “is no Department of War [sic] directive requiring service members to see this film, though the film is fantastic.”

Trump has given the Department of Defense the secondary title “department of war,” but cannot legally rename it.

Massie says that someone dropped a thumb drive on his desk with the full unredacted files. That means someone on the opposition was smart enough to save the entire thing before Trump's DOJ got their hands on it (if true) which is something I was hoping they had done.

Hoping Clintons don't get assassinated before they get to testify publicly.

The story you linked is good, there's so much dumb stuff to unpack regarding TrumpRX. But the sad part is people asked for it. So many people (civilians) sat there and trashed the ACA just because Obamas name was on it even though it only helps them.

Now they can't afford their premiums and/or work jobs that don't offer insurance so TrumpRX seems like it's their only option. TrumpRX exploits a demographic that can't afford or doesn't have access to health insurance with some more predatory BS while at the same time showing the whole system could 100% adopt a more global framework (because the US is one of the hold outs of our archaic system) just fine.

Its a state sponsored grift to exploit the early adopters then run off with the money. Sadly some people are going to be be so desperate for a solution to obtaining their meds they'll fall victim to the scheme.
The even more aggravating thing is the ACA in it's original incarnation was literally Romeny Care instead of forcing single payer like they should have.

They used AI for redactions which means there is an AI sitting there with the full unredacted files in it's learning system.

People going through the Epstein files found out that Epstein had a Fortnite account named "littlejeff1" that has recently been active. People checked the activity of the account and documented it, showing that the account had been inactive during the time Epstein was in jail, and started being active soon after he "died".

Now the account has gone private, account history data for the account has been completely wiped, and Fortnite officially claims that another player changed their name to littlejeff1 in response to these findings. It runs so deep that even the wayback machine has deleted the account's entire history despite Fortnite claiming that it had been active previously during the now deleted time period.

At this point, if true, they should have made at least 20 of those thumb drives given to multiple people and uploaded on archive.org to make sure it couldn’t be twisted by anyone and make 100% sure it came out.

Realistically they absolutely killed him he got caught and knew way too much focus on the pedos we know are still in positions of power such as the one in the white house. No need for conspiracy theories when the world is already beyond fubared.

    that's not how that works.

The ai is trained on data, the ai itself doesn't have any of this data in it's system once it's done. it was used to make the ai but it's not part of the ai. then they use that ai to run through other data to redact it. even if they used the epstein files to train the ai you can't get the data back through the ai, you could technically have it recreate parts of it, but it wouldn't be identical and not worth anything legally.

You're assuming that they used some proprietary AI and didn't just run it through ChatGPT/Grog/Copilot, and if they used a publicly available commercial AI the raw data is 1000000% on the AI company's servers no matter what the company says about how their AI treats customer data.

Neither would surprise me at this point. Find out he is at another private island of his own with those closest to him keeping him taken care of as his own private house arrest resort.

So it doesn't seem like "anything" is remotely "fixed" in any way, shape, or form, but is actually worse than existing options.

    Ouch.
The prices are no better than GoodRX. Except currently GoodRX has a lot more drugs on their list.

Weaponized incompetence. Easier to say, "we did not know that was illegal," after the fact.

That's true, but unfortunately also irrelevant. The tech bro's are on their side. unless they used a Chinese one.

There's no honor among the psychopaths. Who ever has the unredacted files is going to use them to blackmail the administration, or sell them to someone else who will do it instead.

Best case scenario is that some prompt engineer fishes the files out from Grog's servers and the public gets access to them.
