The Blue/Pink wave from 2018 was a wake up call to the GOP leadership. McConnell is already gearing up to be the Senate Minority leader. But if the Dems have any balls in 2021, they will pull the Legislative Nuclear Option and say "fuck you" to the GOP and their uncaring ways.

That would be a great strategy. But it would also mean that the Dem Presidential Candidate wouldn't be addressing his opponent, such as that word implies in this case. I thing it will be a tough road to walk in this upcoming election, but ideally they should do just want you suggest.
