So, some more about Trump's personal attorney Giuliani.

1) Trump sickophant and possible Epstein ride sharer Dershowitz says Trump should join with Giuliani in court, to attempt to block all those legally subpoena'd electronic communications.

2) If I cite CNN, I should cite FOX News. But, the only FOX News story I could find was Giuliani claims he was framed. That's typical for FOX News, I suppose.

Incidentally, "framed" means "they made up evidence". Which is what I would say, if I knew the cops had found damning and very real evidence.

3) So I failed to mention that that earlier story I posted about the FBI warning Giuliani was retracted. Sorry about that, I honestly missed that. Since I cited the story, I should have cited the retraction. But, like many retractions, it's not always front-page news. Regardless, my bad.

Basically, the FBI didn't warn Giuliani about Russian election interference...because they suspected he was in on it.

We know Giuliani went to meed Russians, and yes I mean Ukrainians who were working for Putin, sorry once you conquer half a country don't expect me to play political nicieties with who's on which side of a border. We know he was looking for dirt on Biden, we know a pinch of dirt was delivered, and we know Team Trump tried to use it.

5) We know ousted Ukrainian Lev Parnas was a friend of Giuliani and Putin, wanted that ambassador fired, and Trump/Giuliani got her fired. We know Parnas is under indictment for election money laundering for, yes, Team Trump, in 2019. Then for fraud in 2020. We know Parnas claims Trump indicted him to shut him up during Trump's impeachment hearings -- which, yes, involved Trump blackmailing Ukraine.

When Parnas was arrested in October 2019, Democrats in the U.S. House were seeking his testimony about his involvement with Giuliani’s Ukrainian effort.

We also know another pro-Putin Ukrainian...or "Russian" for short...Dmytro Firtash (not a bad mage name) is fighting being extradited to the US for, yes, fraud charges, and Barr and Trump slow-rolled that about the same time he needed Ukrainian dirt on Biden. Firtash is monetarily linked to Giuliani to the tune of seven figures. If Firtash directly offered Trump, Barr, or Giuliani an exchange of political damaging information (true or false) in exchange for making a fraud felony charge vanish, that's a laundry list of felonies and Biden just brought the bleach.

Both Parnas and Firtash, being demonstrably corrupt, had a public issue with ambassador Yovanovich. Giuliani did run a smear campaign against her, and she was fired by Trump. Well, technically Pompeo, but since nothing happened to Pompeo it counts for Trump too.

If nothing else, taking something of value from a foreign source, for an election, is a federal felony. It's called 52 USC 30121: Contributions and donations by foreign nationals .

If Giuliani and Trump coordinated efforts to do that, their conversations are not privy to lawyer-client confidentiality. They are evidence in a conspiracy charge.

7) And, of course, just to make it clear, Trump was caught red-handed blackmailing Ukraine. Even what little transcripts Trump released show that. I'm actually quite curious where the rest is. If Trump had half a brain, he'd...nah, not finishing that. If Team Trump had half a brain, they'd have burned the rest of the transcript, even knowing that's a felony, since being caught with it is worse. But we talked for a while about some kind of virtual impervious vault or something? It's possible that actually exists, it's possible Biden told the DoJ to open it and use the contents as evidence if they were, and it's possible that was used as the iron-clad probable cause for the search warrant, because as we all know, some rinky-dink DA in Bumblefuck doesn't get to subpoena records like this because they feel like it. They need a reason of Watergate-level proportions. "Caught blackmailing Ukraine directly on tape" would qualify, as would testimony of anyone involved (such as the translators).

8) Oh, speaking of which, Trump's NDAs are illegal. We heard about that recently regarding his campaign, but for WH employees, they were dead in the water a while ago. Besides, NDAs can't stop you from testifying to a direct subpoena. "It might incriminate me" is still valid but um...yeah, you want to lead with that? The press would have a field day, especially considering

This is all public info, some from Trump's term, some from the last 24 hours. If this is the public info, what's hidden in Giuliani's messages?

Even the public info could be good enough to convict Giuliani, since being Trump's personal lawyer in the WH and also an undisclosed foreign agent -- known as "kompromat" to most people -- goes beyond "security risk" and halfway to "here's your blindfold and cigarette". It might only be a matter of time before we know if Giuliani stands alone, being sold out by Trump and for some reason unwilling to turn...or, if Giuliani decides there are other ways to spend his retirement than conjugal visits with Powell.

It'll be interesting to see what, if anything, leaks out of Giuliani this time.

Yeah so...there's more, because the Shitshow never ends.

1) That "sad Trump talks to crowd of six or seven" bit I posted earlier? That went on for forty-five minutes.

2) We've also seen that there's only one reporter allowed in the Arizona recount, only as an observer. He's been thrown out, and was never told why.

3) But it probably relates to a picture he took of one of the recounters -- who was a Republican running for office on those ballots.

The reporter did his job, showed the picture publicly, and was then thrown out.

4) Also there's an issue with Cyber Ninjas using UV lights, which apparently damage ink.

There's a well-known risk here, that of the recount "finding fraud" while themselves committing fraud, and that being the lame-ass limp-dick IMPOTUS excuse needed to make new laws that basically only allow white males to vote.

However, they're doing it so badly it might actually backfire. Lack of oversight is one thing, but being caught with multiple tools to damage or change ballots, and also, bringing in people to tally ballots which they are themselves on? This might be enough to actually show how fucking stupid this whole thing is, to the point that what few classic Republicans are left say "you know what, this is beyond the level of corruption we're willing to publicly side with". The Party of Trump is too far gone, of course.

5) Lesser related, but also interesting: that AZ lawmaker used to be a cop, but was fired by "the Brady list" for stealing a laptop from evidence (or that's what it looks like). He was then elected, and has ever since tried to remove "the Brady list" which in turn prevents him from being a cop. He's also publicly said "I know there was fraud" and, yep, he's in there counting.

It's stupid that it's happening but I'm glad that these airlines give zero fucks about summarily punishing these people. When I had to fly last December every airline was saying that refusal to not only wear a mask, but to wear the right kind of mask, would result in you being banned from that airline indefinitely.
