So apparently golfing is the best way to get Trump to do what you want. Case in point? Golfer Jack Nicklaus managed to score $20M for his mobile children's hospital project in this new budget.
Note: This isn't a bad thing, money for a project like this aimed at helping kids (especially under-served kids) is fantastic. But it's scary thinking that Trump is making policy decisions with golfing buddies rather than, you know, actual policy experts.
