Creating a fake college that only swindled money and multiple casinos failing, literally a type of business that damn near prints money, is not "normal", especially when it was multiple attempts.

No, because he keeps that shit hidden. He wants anything to do with him looking like a failure secret, which makes him weak little child. He can never own up to his failures, which is why he's trying so hard to stop his tax returns from being public, it will show either more failings or more illegal activity, most likely a mix of the two. The least he can do is man up and say where he has failed. I mean fuck, I do that all the time. I have a total of three successes in my life and I will be first, second, third, all the way through 50th, to say that I'm a complete fuck up. Trump can at least have the spine to do the same with all of his, but nope, he wants to make it seem like he's perfect, when in fact his "perfection" is that of a trash dump where you might find a golden toilet among the debris.

Coca-Cola grew in the exact same period from 180 bil to 210 bil (+17%).

Any questions that comparing the performance of individual businesses with indexes is stupid?

And in the Trump's case it's 20x worse, because you are comparing the performance of a conglomerate of businesses with some starting, some stopping, and a lot of being put into focus / vanishing from focus, and over a huge time period.

Comparing against an index like this is bogus. It is only useful for a small period for a small uniform part of business.

What facts? By all means, show them. All there was so far was either unspecific (a mention of a business and no numbers) or a gross misunderstanding of what matters vs what does not (the media told some BS so it has to be repeated, life as usual).
