Apparently, it's closer than was assumed earlier today.
There I was counting chickens before they'd hatched...

I mean, I can understand if Norway+ doesn't pass but ffs Customs Union. If that doesn't pass. Fucking Tories can go fuck themselves.

Seriously. Now is the time for full Guy Fawkes.
I'm off.
All amendments rejected.
Boles resigns Con whip!
Nick Boles just quit the Tory party in the middle of the session. Made a statement about parliament being in this situation because the Tories refuse to compromise, drops the mic and walks to the opposition bench.
Change since last Weds indicative votes:
Clarke customs union Ayes +8, Noes +5
Boles Common Mkt 2.0 Ayes +72, Noes -1
Beckett/Kyle referendum Ayes +12, Noes -14
Boles didn't just cross the floor, he straight up walked out of Parliament.
Some of those propositions almost got a majority, three were far closer than May's deal.
That just reflects poorly on the government; if May backed the CU or Common Market they might stand a chance in hell of passing Parliament.
But hey she gets to pretend she has a chance in hell of being PM after this by doing whatever the fuck she's doing currently.

Looking at the lack of support and high number of abstentions against each other's motions is utterly mental. It's like they want this to never end and just keep going back for extension after extension.

Also the DUP abstained on everything last time, this time they straight up voted "no to all".
Depends on whether or not the EU decides to grant an extension and under what conditions.
But at this point unless Parliament pulls some manner of consensus out of their ass before Friday, it might be between EUMP elections or No Deal.
If I were France I'd be looking to force a GE or Referendum.
