    Your New Years resolution?

Your New Years resolution for 2017, how did you do?

What are you considering for next year?

Mine was to stay healthy and trim up. So far so good. I cut down unhealthy eating.

Next year I’m thinking of doing videography get a good portable camcorder and make a nature journal. Less stress.

Lose weight, already signed for gym/swim membership to start working out with my wife.

As well as keep our daughter's memory box full.
FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..

That’s awesome! Love and family definitely the best reward. Cheers.

Yeah I Got that work out routine down. My issue is I hit that wall. Now it’s just diet I do the 6 good days 1 cheat day worked the first 6 months not anymore. Got my numbers where I want BP HR but that 10lbs be like “I’m back muhaha!”

Probably not big deal just don’t want to slip. Never been out of shape but damn I miss that youth being able to eat what I wanted and burn it off.

So Cool your daughter will have good memories and examples for good health.

Lmfao used to do a list then dwindled it down to 3 then 1. I can do one thing over a year instead of failing at 9 or doing 3 kind of terribly.

New Years Resolutions are kinda crap on every level. They are eternal motivators that come but once a year. That is why you have all this abandoned gym equipment in your home.

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.
