New Expansion on the Horizon?

When was the last time Bioware has done an expansion where you go to your local gamestop and buy the game?

Are they going to create an expansion for SWTOR any time soon that is a buy to play?

If they ever make a new expansion it won't be the kind you buy a physical copy of, they never did that for any of their previous content like Rise of the Hutt Cartel or Shadow of Revan.

Based on their roadmap for this year it doesn't seem likely that they will be releasing an expansion any time soon. It doesn't even seem to be a pipe dream at this point either as there haven't been any rumblings about one either, no rumors or anything that I've see which is pretty standard when a studio begins working on a big project. Not that that is a great barometer for whether this is true or not, but it's all we've got at this point.
