"Unusual traffic from your network" Chrome

So recently with chrome I've had that message pop up just from searching for stuff.

Scanned my computer to make sure it's not malware or anything but I was searching for an image or songs using the search box and that popped up with a captcha. Although there wasn't any captcha just the "I'm not a robot" box.

Even clean installed my pc to make sure there was no viruses/malware.

Thoughts? It's been doing this for the past few days and I can be certain that there is no issue with my network or computer. Only extension I have is Ublock Origin and I got that from the Chrome place directly.

Most likely it's nothing on your end and it's your IP address that been flagged. Do you use a VPN? You'll get that from google.com if you use one and are currently connected to a network that they see higher than usual traffic from. If you don't then contact your ISP and let them know what's going on.

No VPN whatsoever. It just comes and goes. The IP address shown is the public one that I have for Google/Chrome.

On the same network however my wife does use works VPN. Not same computer though. But only for like an hour a day tops.

Just I'm quite security conscious. Maybe over the top sometimes which I admit is one of my weaker traits hehe.

A screenshot of it would be helpful. It's something that comes up most often with VPN's though.

If I see it again I'll post it.
