weakaura for shield of the righteous with glow help

I'm trying to setup a weakaura for shield of the righteous for prot paladin. What I'm trying to get is that every time shield of the righteous is not active and is off cooldown for the icon to pop up with glow around it. Also when the there are 0 stacks a timer with the cooldown counting down until when its ready. So far I can get it working except when I have 0 stacks of shield of the righteous a glow will pop up when I don't have shield of the righteous active but is still on cooldown. Ideally I want the glow to only come up when its off cooldown when the first stack comes back. Right now it's set on aura player buff inverse so it only comes up when the buff is not active. I feel like this is somehow messing with the stacks. Thanks if you have any advice.

no suggestions? anyone know where to learn how to use conditions?

I think you need to add one more Condition something like Ability available or having some stacks.
