I have always been in camp "3 1/2 years lame duck". Look at the budget: I'm right so far. Hell, the GOP is waging a war right now to ram through a vote before Trump bombs Syria. He's sinking the economy single-handedly with tariffs, he's ready to start a war with a country he promised to leave days ago, and he's rapidly running out of lawyers.
