Yep, that's the dictator move right there. There was enough evidence -- which they admitted to -- to start the investigation. Then he fired Comey to stop the investigation, and that brought on Mueller. Then he tried to fire Mueller.

And after his words and actions were shown to warrant this, oh yeah, start a counter-investigation based on literally negative evidence. And threaten the people with death, because Treason carries that penalty.

DOJ refuses to comply with subpoena.

They call it "premature" and offer instead a report with fewer redactions.

There's apparently an offer on the table for the Gang of Eight to see the full thing, but not Congress in general. I'm not convinced that's good enough, but it's acceptable, since it's a mixed group.

You're conflating attempted murder, in which an actual action was taken upon someone, with "attempted obstruction," which isn't even a thing. Especially when no action was taken.
And those morons that are targeting Steele for the dossier, are fucking retarded. Because he has been right, on just about everything.

And FYI, "attempted obstruction", is a thing, it is still called obstruction of justice though.

You think Trump, who tried to get help from enemies of this country, and tried to basically be Nixon 2.0, is relatively tame? Are you fucking high?

Congress in general will not see it because of potential leaks and damage to ongoing investigations.
Gang of 8 is the best your going to get.
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

Idk why they want to drag this out. The more it drags the worse it gets as little by little more damaging things come out. The election is a long way a way, rip the bandaid off now. You don't want this to drip feed leading up to it. But then republicans have never been the smartest bunch.

The real winner of the report; 'Putin Has Won': Mueller Report Details How Russia Interfered in 2016 Election

Robert Mueller’s long-awaited report is unambiguously clear on this point: Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election and sought to help Donald Trump win the White House.

That has been the unanimous view of the intelligence community for nearly 2½ years. But it is laid out in unprecedented detail across nearly 200 pages of the special counsel’s report, which also describes Russian efforts to forge ties with members of Trump’s campaign to further the Kremlin’s interference goals.

The report from Mr. Mueller will likely serve as the definitive document about Russia’s use of an array of digital weapons to influence the American electorate in 2016. It will also bolster warnings from senior U.S. intelligence officials that Russia and other hostile foreign powers remain intent on disrupting future elections, including the 2020 presidential contest.

Mr. Mueller asserted on the very first page of the report that the Russian government “interfered in the 2016 presidential election in sweeping and systematic fashion.”

    --------------

Of course Trump doesn't want to target his bestest buddy Putin.
Instead, he wants to go after those that have "exonerated" him.

  7. #19107
    Have you seen the report?
Aside from a big piece on Wikileaks that I assume is linked to Roger Stone's case which is redacted because its still on going there really isn't much blacked out. And much of that is Grand Jury material which is likely to be never released at all.
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

Shhhhhhhh, let them go after Steele.

Pee tapes will go public then.

You can keep posting this shit, sockpuppet, but the rest of the report clearly shows attempted collusion and numerous instances of obstruction of justice.

There are still 12 pending criminal investigations. It's not so much that they wanted a redacted report, it's that the DoJ doesn't want to interfere with ongoing investigations. The targets of those investigations may not know they are currently even being investigated.

The DoJ does not have the right to make that argument. Congress has the authority to see the unredacted document. Period.

You know it. And when they don't find anything, they will try to go after Comey, McCabe, Brennon and others they have fired or left because they think that speaking against God Emperor Trump is against the law.

Pricktator Trump trying to start investigations into his critics? Let's see if Trump's arm only goes elbow-deep up Barr's hiney or if it's shoulders-deep. I'm sure most of us know the answer.

It's just talk. There won't be any investigations. Just like with Clinton. He doesn't nearly have the power he thinks he does nor the influence even if he wanted to try to make it happen.

I get that, I'm pretty sure congress get's that too. But Congress isn't the public, those targets still won't know they are being investigated, unless of course somebody in congress is the target, in which case, I might have see DoJ side.

Theoretically it could be someone in the White House too. If not the guy in the big chair, then somebody or somebodies.
