I imagine there may be two reasons why Trump isn't already crowing about the Mueller report on Twitter:
1) The WH staff are still having trouble explaining some of the larger words to him, or
2) There's something in it he's fighting like hell to silence BEFORE he starts claiming it as a victory.
Either strike me as equally likely.
