Alextraza>any wind runner female> female Draenei > female belf> high elves> shivaraa > female titan model ( eonar etc.) > post arcandor nightborne (in game)
Cinematic : night elf (vanilla trailer) > blood elf mage (Bc trailer) > dragon aspects ( deathwing death cinematic) > sylvanas ( any cinematic) > yrel.
Pretty much my personal taste.

Dragon aspects, if that counts. Alexstrasza is still #1 and Ysera is (was? :'/) top notch.

I think the Lightforged Draenei models are very pretty, and I think the new blood elf models are as well.
I have a soft spot for female gnomes, they're just too cute!
