That is totally false. You sound like someone who just hates people of a certain faith.
You can not sue a company successfully if you use a product carelessly for a intention it was not meant for, or unlawfully and where you have ignored the warning labels. You can if the manufacturer has failed to provide reasonable accidental protection for their product such as child proof caps and warnings, etc. Firearm safety improvements have been done and is a continuing process. But if some dumbass does not store their weapon securely and and a child gets it uses one to harm someone, it is not the firearm maker's fault. :P
But if a firearm is defective and injuries the shooter or a bystander, then guess what, you can sue them successfully. :P
