I think it'd be great if getting no longer available item appearances/mounts/etc in Classic added them to your account on non-Classic servers. That doesn't compromise Classic at all, and would get more people to stick with it.

I have zero interest in playing Classic on its own, but if I could get those discontinued 100% mounts and the black Qiraji mount I would probably do it.
