Parjesh's only proccing when you're sub 35% limits its usefulness in most content.

One is a defensive trinket and the other is offensive so you can't really compare. Defensively Parjesh's sucks plain and simple (as do the vast majority of survivability tank trinkets). Offensively Fel Oiled is okay but the 955 IL (3444 str) would make it very strong.

Infernal Machine is amazing, Parjesh is terrible at any ilvl.

This is very accurate. I wouldn't recommend Parjesh even to a novice. Barbed-wire training wheels.

One is pure garbage like the most tank trinkets in Legion, the other one is actually quite strong
