Make it so that warlocks have some sort of option to change their class aesthetically. Same spells, same mechanics, same talents, etc. Just different visuals, spell names, themes, minion appearances, etc.

No. A new class is more fun, and gives them a clean slate to try new ideas and gameplay angles.
i have the solution, dont implement it and stfu about it
They already implemented a solution to the necromancer class in Wrath of the Lich King
A few years ago, co-opting warlocks was the forum suggestion to get Demon Hunters in game. It was a weak idea then, and is still weak now.
Make a real necromancer, or don't, but after an expansion dedicated to class fantasy, it seems extremely unlikely that Blizz would do such a thing to any class.
Make them just like the Diablo Necromancers. Golems, shit ton of skeles, bone magic, curses and such. We already have NPC Necromancers so it fits in the Lore. Spec Summoning (fuck ton of summoned uncontrolled pets), Bone Magic (Bone Spear and such), and Curse which is VERY utility heavy to break them away from aff locks.
I got the real solution: Instead of doing another class that uses necromancy make one that is totally new: the Tinker!
A necromancer already exists in game.
Its skillset belongs to Warlocks, Shadow Priests and Death Knights.
Why do people want necromancers so much when we have DKs? Were necromancers actual units in WC1/2?
I want either 4th specs so we can do this (give dks some uh...very clothy looking plate like pallys), or letting us change the theme of existing specs.
Undead themed warlocks
prot warriors with 2h swords.
etc.
The whole idea of skinning a class into another is ridiculous and needs to stop, that is a good idea for a fight game or a MOBA, not a MMORPG.
A Warlock is a Warlock, not a Necromancer, but Necromancers and Warlocks can use some similar spells, but they are not the definition of their class, just look at death coil, DK and Warlocks had it, but the spell effect was different, but it was the same spell, and that didn't make a DK a Warlock and viceversa.
