I was looking at masters. Honestly the talent was bad even before the stealth changes. Greymane really needs some talent diversity.
Actually the talent was picked a lot when Worgen build was broken. It provided the extra protection when you had to disengage since you wanted to stack up Wizened Duelist and other talents were either trash or didn't synergize.
Problem with Greymane is, his diversity wouldn't be that bad if his talents didn't focus on two very contrastic playstyles. Before nerfs hit his Worgen build, he was basically a melee Assassin who immediately jumped in and bursted squishies down. Now he is more like a range Hero with poke who goes into Worgen to put pressure on enemy backline or straight up finish a kill.
It is just very hard to hit the right balance between both styles. However I think it could be done by improving his basic kit and reducing strength of his talents. For example Genji was designed to have strong base kit with talents adding very little. Sure he has more or less two builds, but they simply enhance the playstyle you prefer. We actually saw both builds in HGC, yes Swift Strike is dominant but for example Rich plays only Shuriken build.

I'm confused now, towers are not ammo limited on Foundry on live? Currently Azmo is extremely dangerous because of his ability to drain ammo with his free summons, he can completely drain ammo of two towers in just 30 seconds of uncontested push. This change will still keep him being very dangerous when left uncontested, but he won't be able to leave your top lane undefended in just 30 seconds, making his out-of-lane-D-push into your fort harder to pull off

Dragonstrike really needs to deal even more damage. Valla can afk inside and not die and that's just not right.
