To my knowledge you can get the RtB buffs when using SnD with t21.

I think they are hoping this will be the case, as do I. But I personally dont see this making RtB the better option. Until things go live when Antorus opens up I will still be using SnD with the T21 4 set and just being happy with w/e buffs it gives me....but again that could be subject to change lol.
