It comes down to what your aim in life is.

A challenging life with self-discipline, where you reap grand rewards.
An easy life, aimed at short lived joy, which ultimately leads to regret.

"Suffer the pain of self discipline, or suffer the pain of regret"

Well I have a membership and I like to say that I do, but really I don't.

I work out at home, saves money and gives me privacy. I missed doing so this weekend because I slipped and fell like a dingus and hurt myself. As soon as my back stops hurting I'll make sure to do so.

Pretty sure it's a weeee bit more than 2-3 years lol

But hey, dying at 45 from heart failure is an option too I guess.

Unfortunately, I do not have much time to devote his part of the sport, but as soon as I have the opportunity, I go to run

6 days a week at the gym, abs at home. I rely heavily on advanced calisthenics at this point. I dont find nearly as much enjoyment separating workouts by sets / reps as a general routine. Circuits are my jam.

Monday-wed-friday gym at work, abs at home off days. Having recently got some dumbells to work some extra on during weekends on muscles I need to target a bit more.

I wanna lose my small love handles, but I don't have the discipline when it comes to food to do that. Usually goes well during the week but during weekends it's more difficult.
Strength wise I've gone up significantly and getting more toned around shoulders, and legs + ass. So i'm happy.

Also got over that hurdle when you start working out and it's difficult to keep persistent and now it's more of a daily routine. Think having gym at work helps greatly tho.

I try to go three times a week (sometimes impossible due to other matters). I am in shape so I lift weights with no emphasis on getting thinner whatsoever.
I am also on a diet functional to what I do.

Atm not regularly. Have a plan for 2-3 times per week + 2-3 times outdoor bike (30 km +-)

  15. #235
Once a week if I'm lucky but I have a physical job.

I do now that I’ve turned 30 and have to fight aging.
