The BFA leak did say the first 4 allied races are in 7.3.5. Will be nice if that part was correct too.

It would make sense to have them come out during Legion since they are a big part of the Legion story line. Also they said rep with their factions would likely be a part of the unlocking process and it would suck if you had to go back during BfA and do rep grinds just for the allied races. That last minimap looks to be the little chunk that was called 'Quel'Thalas' before it was added above EPL.
