[7.3 Elemental] Crit VS Haste

When did Critical Strike overtake Haste as the go-to stat for all 3 of the major builds?

I've looked into StormEarthAndLava.com and wowhead's Elemental pages and this seems to be the highest SIM'd stat.

Is Icy-Veins really that unreliable nowadays?

T21 favors crit, T20 favored Haste.

Especially if you play with Icefury.

just sim your char and you can see what stats is the best for you, Raidbots is a super nice tool for this.

Icy-Veins can be tricky depending on who is the writer of the guide. For example the ele was historically inconsistent. They not tend to just follow StormEarchAndLava.com updating icy-veins a few days later at the latest. Since antorus just came out and the Tier 21 sets are now in effect, they prob havent changed it yet.
