Why do none of the faction leaders have kids?

A few of the faction leaders ARE the children (Baine, Anduin, Moira) and others do have children (Vol'jin, Genn, Moira again). Plenty of the children are dead, too.

And not all of the races have a hereditary leadership, either way.

Well, Tyrande's husband has spent 99% of the last 10,000 years in a coma. And Lor'themar is a career military man. I was curious and went through his wowpedia page looking for any mention of any relatives, cause the Windrunner sisters had cousins and extended family, though they're all deceased now. Nothing. I do wish Yenniku would come back in a greater role, or we'd get introduced to Vol'jin's other children.

Vol'jin had at least 2 kids [from in game], should still have one kicking around, and had a secret "special someone" in Shadows of the Horde, who "would understand" why he chose to die fighting the Zandalari.

Vereesa has two children, twins, with Rhonin [RIP] and hopefully they'll do something with them because Rhonin was a cool dude.

Tyrande missed her window for kids (lazy Furion, always sleeping) but had adopted Shandris. I consider Shandris to be Tyrande's daughter and incumbent to the Night Elf leadership (by rank and merit, more than ascension).

All of the Forsaken are Sylvanas' children, in a way, as she nurtured them from the moment they were reborn (if we argue that birth is defined as the moment you gain independent will). Her main motivation is the creation of more Forsaken, which is also kind of maternal... in a twisted kind of way.

As far as the newer faction leaders in BfA, Turalyon and Alleria have a son together - Arator. Saurfang had a son that died by our hands. Rastakhan has a daughter named Talanji.

The others are either depicted as somewhat young/inexperienced (Ji, Aysa, Baine, Anduin, Mayla, etc), or it was never stated if they had children or a relationship in the first place (Thalyssra, Rokhan, Gelbin, Gallywix, Lor'themar, Sylvanas, Muradin, Falstad, etc.)

Goblin - There are probably ton of goblin kids that we don't know about from his pleasure palace?
BE - Not sure about what happens to blood elves since its not technically a dynasty anyway
Panda - too lazy to have kids?.. on our universe anyway

Dwarf - has children, and ruled by council anyway
NEs - Don't stick it in crazy rule #1
gnomes - if they have kids, they are probably too tiny for us to notice lol
