The raid is already ez as shit on normal and heroic, and considering the fact that mythic progress is at 10/11 after ONE DAY - with only Argus to go, which will be done this evening unless the mythic-only phase is particularly fucked up - we're looking at another EN-like 48h raid. Which kinda sucks because, you know... final tier? We will be raiding this for 9 more months AT THE VERY LEAST.

Really, they should upscale most of the fights a bit, and some - a lot. V-boy should, for example, become an actual dps or healing check, since it's practically Patchwerk.

The adds on coven were absolutely trivial before the fix, our initial rag-tag normal raid of people doing all over the place dps with all over the place gear steamrolled the shit out of it. It turned out to be not much better on hc.

Same with Aggramar, the good old add mechanic from Cata Ragnaros was used, but in Cata this was hectic and could wipe you even on normal, while now it's just yaaaawn. These adds should be faster and missing one should be a 100% wipe. Argus is ridiculously easy for a last boss, even after the "buff". Yesterday's normal, again a rag-tag bunch of 30, bomb goes off... "did anyone notice anything?". Missing one of these should be a wipe, even on normal, it's not like there's a lot to do there, just switch and kill.

It's prevalent throughout the whole raid. Dogs need tuning up, Imonar needs tuning up, Commanders need tuning up (a few savvy people on pods make this a snorefest on heroic, how about punishing the raid for daintily walking on fucking fel infused landmines)?

We've become too greedy. What is easy now will be unbearably boring with a couple lockouts worth of gear... and then we'll be farming it still for months and months...

And it's not ToS, come one, there are fights without soak mechanics!

Yeah perfect idea, that would make Aggramar invincible unless you can kill him in less than 165 seconds after the end of the first phase.

Mythic is tuned around players finding a way to beat it, with enough people to have 2 of each class. One lock or Spriest on top was enough including the 4 healers to get rid of all the Mythic debuffs - that's far more likely than having a regular normal/HC guild who only just has enough players to make a raid, having those classes. Doesn't make it right, don't get me wrong, but that's not the point.
no just far easier to find another healer from group finder, seems the helya whine is nonsense then.

Doesn't work when you're using your own guild's loot system that involves anything other than personal loot. And no, you're not going to get around that by saying "use personal loot".

recruit another healer, or someone go off-spec anyone not having backups is just asking for trouble, otherwise cancel the raid it happens plenty of guilds cancel raids all the time due to missing key players or low attendance, if you're unwilling to pug or use personal you're just limiting your options and making things harder for yourself. that applies to 10man normal all the way upto mythic.

    You missed my point.

Why would you use another healer when you don't need the healing? You're not going to 3-heal in a 10man raid just for a dispel, and then hinder yourself on DPS requirements. 10 players isn't low attendance either, some guilds like to play with a low number of raiders, just as they used to [for clarity, I'm not talking about myself]. PuGing again is just cancer (finding people who will stay for progress and loot distribution are easy examples) and shouldn't be forced by bad raid mechanic scaling, which is the point.
