Pixel art and animation

Is there anyone here experienced with creating pixel art and pixel animations? I started teaching myself earlier today and have been learning mostly through trial and error using free software (Piskel). Does anyone know of a good resource for tutorials online?

Here's the first two pieces I made earlier today, keep in mind they're very basic.


I'll probably revisit this one to add movement to the guitar


Gonna revisit to give more lower body movement and change the sparkle on the axe
