Well, there are many things I haven't done, but let's go with something that I haven't done but want to do:

Rated Battlegrounds (for the Vicious Saddle). I will be much less of a burden in a 10v10 environment than a 3v3 rated arena xD

I've never done pet battle, never unlock flying in WoD/Legion and never been at city raid.

Never had a DK at max lvl. Only class i've never had at max lvl, even though i have a lvl 75 DK that was created back in 2010 or 2011.

Never done 3v3 arenas, and haven't been rated above 1800 in bgs or arenas, mostly due to lack of interest tbh.

Nothing else comes to mind though. I have 360-380 days played, not many things i haven't done.

Also despite playing mostly alliance, never played a human character. I usually avoid playing human in any fantasy game that offers different racial options.

Never completed all the quest achievements for the tabard. Never finished the quests/properly leveled in Silithus, Winterspring, Felwood, Azshara, Ghostlands, Blade's Edge Mountains, Zangarmash, Shadowmoon Valley, Terrokkar Forest and probably a few zones in Northrend.
