Moreover if one bothers to check my past posts on the subject, I was all for allowing Mr. Franken to stay on pending a ethics examination and trial if facts could be established. Franken was the one who chose to resign. Moore has not. That tells me Franken likely was guilty. Roy Moore has not been proven to be. Yet.

The logic displayed by the facts at the moment would indicates Franken had something to lose with a trial / ethics exam. While Roy Moore also might have something to lose, he might actually be innocent.
