    Should We Kill Azeroth??

Why should we save and support the world soul of Azeroth if it will just wake up and break out of the planet one day leaving a giant hole like on argus?

Wouldn't this just lead to the death of our world anyway?

Should we be trying to find a way to kill the world soul of Azeroth before it wakes up so that we can live on a habitable world until the end of time?

I don't understand why we should support a being that doesn't care about us and will one day leave us behind in ruins.

    Thats not how it works.

...There's no evidence that a planet birthing a titan leaves a hole in it... in fact, the opposite has more proof. Aggramar is the titan of Draenor, but there is no giant hole in Draenor when we visit it and after it becomes Outland, it apparently doesn't seem to effect the relevance of Aggramar currently... So, where is this coming from?

    Aggramar didn't come from Draenor.

But on topic. Why wouldn't the planet live? Argus didn't explode or collapse when its titan was born, it's still floating there. Azeroth shouldn't be any different.

We should, brother, but not for the reason you have offered. When she finally emerges it is going to be cloud form probably. We should purge her in order to extinguish Void Lord's final claim. It is a sad duty, but duty nontheless.

Except the Pantheon learned that Azeroth's world soul was so powerful, she alone would tip the scales and lead to the Void Lords' defeat.

world souls seem to make the life growing on their planet better in some way. so killing it would mean we would probably lose the edge we have that lets us beat world ending crisis after crisis in a few generations.

argus was more of a C section than a natural birth though.

We cannot kill the world soul. Anything we do to hurt Azeroth, would likely help the Old Gods can control over her, which is 10x worse than just leaving her there.

Aggramar was not from Draenor. He merely chanced upon the planet and its world soul. He created Grond to fight the planet people, whom he believed - if left unchecked - would scour the planet of all life.

But Draenor never had a world soul. That's why the whole planet is batshit crazy!
Why do I even bother to post on this damned site?

Did you guys even know the lore? No titan came from Draenor , because Draenor didnt even have a world soul. It's just a simple planet.

Err, we actually don't know that, there was a few hints that there was an old god(or more) in Draenor, so they had to be there for some reason.

Hints meaning shit players made up. Blizzard even said there's no old god, no world soul, quite a few times, in those same literal words.

Even if there were Old Gods there, that doesn't mean there's a world-soul. They were flung throughout the Great Dark randomly.

Then they can leave and go somewhere else then? There is a reason they stayed.

They can't just jump off a planet... Only 2 ways they move around: Being initially flung through the Great Dark by the void lords or being summoned by people. Outland very definitely didn't have a world-soul, but had an OG summoned there by arakkoa.
The void lords did not know which worlds contained slumbering titan spirits. Thus they pooled their power and hurled dark creatures throughout the physical universe, hoping some would smash into a world-soul. An unknown number of the void lords' creations hurtled through the Great Dark. They contaminated mortal worlds and everything else they touched in their blind search for a nascent titan. In time, these wicked beings would come to be known as the Old Gods.

They're stuck in the ground. That's a pretty good reason to stay.

Killing the worldsoul would doubtless leave Azeroth FUBAR.

We should let her rise as a Titan, and then we'll live on her surface happily forever.

The reason being that the void lords were flinging old gods into space in the hopes of hitting one with a world soul.
