afaik all you need is bracers, 190+% mastery and 5+PK traits. the t21 4set buffs it, but its not mandatory for the FoK spec to work.

Assassination is a decent spec on progress but a terrible spec on farm, it's been like this for a long time now.

Care to explain what that even means and what relevance it has? If something is on farm, bleeding edge numbers != matter?
