Dungeon Queue System: Group Players by i-LVL?

Wish that when i queued for daily as 940 blood, id get 1 or 2 dps and we just 3man it, instead of having to wait for some healers for 5min (10min even?!?) whos gon be on follow whole run anyway, or queue solo and do it alone.

Blizzard incentivizes queued systems by adding bags for tanks/heals/bonus ap/Wakening essence etc but then forces you to play with incompetent players. The IL queue system is a win win for everyone.
