    Stop using routers from the cable company. Get a non wirless modem from them or turn the wireless off if they dont have one. Then connect to YOUR router.

    Try to use proxy. With its help you can get access to any blocked content (based on my own experience). Personally I often use proxy servers to stay anonymous and protect my internet privacy. I have been using individual proxy approximately for one year and I'm completely satisfied with its work.
