Trivial add-on request

Is there an add-on around that quickly abandons these annoying First Aid quest starting items that one tends to pick up every so often while out WQ'ing ?

You may as well complete them, they're one time only and you get an achievement and a title for finishing them all.

I have already long done the achievements and title related to them, you still get them unfortunately hence the request.

It took me months and months to complete the achievement,now that it's done they litterally drop from every other mob

Does it take precedence in destroying the item before auto-accepting the quest if it's enabled?

I have no clue if it will prevent you from accepting the quest as I don't have any items like that to test it on. I'm pretty sure if you delete/destroy a quest starter item it will auto-abandon the quest.
