Class mount quest not showing up

So i just made a new horde DH on a different server (my main is a Dwarf), trying to get my mount, but malevolence isn't offering the quest, even though the requirements are all basically account wide achievements. or am i missing something ?

P.S. i already have the class mount on my other characters.

If you've already completed the DH class mount quest on another char you should already have it and can just summon it through the mount page. Otherwise you'll have to finish the legionfall campaign before the quest becomes available.
