[HELP]Death Knight Weak Aura Death Cain

I was wondering if anyone would have the knowledge of how I could go about creating a weak aura that would only display the ability Death Chain when two or more PVP enemies are around me. I would also like the number of PVP enemies around to be shown so i could easily tell if I would chain three players or only two. The ability does not apply to a single target so i need to have at least twp PVP enemies around me.

Right now I just use a basic weak aura but would like to understand how to do something like this.

The basic weak aura
*Tracks when Death Chain is ready
*Tracks when Death Chain is on a target
*Tracks Death Chain is on Cooldown
