Advice on Relic Upgrade or Not

Hello,

I would like some advice on relic upgrade pls for my Feral Druid.

My current Relics are:

Frost: 915

1st Rank: Tear the Flesh
2nd Rank: Murderous Intent
3rd Rank: Feral Power

Blood: 960

1st Rank: Razor Fangs
2nd Rank: Chaotic Darkness
3rd Rank: Feral Instinct

Life: 955

1st Rank: Powerful Bite
2nd Rank: Torment the Weak
3rd Rank: Sharpened Claws

I just got a new Frost 945 with the 1st Rank of Ashamane's Energy

And will have:
2nd Rank: Torment the Weak
3rd Rank: Feral Power

or

2nd Rank: Light Speed
3rd Rank: Feral Instinct

The questions I have are:

1 - Should I replace the Frost that has currently Rake by the one with Ashamane's Energy?
2 - If the above answer is a yes should I go with Torment the Weak/Feral Power or Light Speed/Feral Instinct?

Best thing to do is sim them.

use the relic compare tool and you can directly sim both relics to see which is best.

The tool is telling me that the gain is only 1.3% which makes me wonder if I should keep the 915 Tear the Flesh and wait for a better one.

I'd think using a 945 over a 915 would likely be the best option, especially when you factor in the item level increase to your weapon.
