Amen. If it means I never again have to listen to 30 people doing a /train emote while I try to sell stuff because some obnoxious child dropped a train set in the AH, I am 110% in favor of this change.
no, because this was not fun. it was fun for the people using it, extreamly annoying and trolly for the others, i hated being at an RP even and having people drop the moonkin statue.
made me miss when blizz banned people for trolling RP servers and events

Yeah sucks when you have a serious fighting event like the upcoming one on moonguard where the people of the server will be on argus doing key things etc etc. super serious and acted out of the people of azeroth clearing out the armies of the legion.
then we all start dancing and turn into chicken... i .. irather not
Like I said, makes total sense for RP servers, but when they implement the same change for normal servers, it just seems like it's either a blanket change for a small subset of people, or catering to autistic people rather than the community as a whole.
Small change for normal servers either way, but still.
Holy shit, you people actually complained about toys in a video game and equate that to rape? The worst part is that Blizzard listened to your little bitchfit.
Hmm!
Well, people who hated Tanaan Jungle, how do you feel about another year on Argus?
Yup, I liked Tanaan more. I am serious, no kidding.
The Allied races might come when BfA preorder starts. No idea when this will be.
What about some Affli nerfs??
What are you talking about? They will need the BFA preorder before they put in allied races, and to do that they will need to know the latest the game will come out, and they don't yet. Ontop of that, I'm levelling 2 new chars starting from tomorrow, so yeah I dunno bout that one. I don't even want to level my nigjtborne, just gonna race change something.
I presume all keepers will be locked to "present" by default in the abovementioned Ulduar TW?
If so, kiss my shiny feral arse, gentlemen. Your 'casualization' of everything is getting out of hand.
Neither is misusing a word whose definition you don’t understand.
Uh, so what you’re saying is they didn’t need to do the silly nerf at all, they could have just extended the use of neural silencer (or disabled the item on RP realms and left normal people alone)? I’m all for it.
I know people here like to claim the item was only fun for the person using it, but it always made me smile on those rare occasions when someone would bust out a piccolo. If this was a problem on RP servers then blizzard should maybe enforce some rules about trolling or griefing or whatever rather than kill a fun item.
so we have to run around with neural silencers 24/7 just because it " always made you smile" - i say do this stuff with people who are willing to put up with you, don't involve strangers into your bullshit and force them to waste money on silencers. i am all for the change
Great to see the change to toys. On my server they were widely used to harass roleplayers.

exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally.
Looks like hyperbole to me. Unless you meant that to be taken literally in which case it's laughably ignorant and not just exaggeration. In the best case scenario an exaggerated comparison slippery slope point isn't an argument, it's a fallacy.
And the people you choose to group with can still use it and if you enjoy it, you have this thing called a choice where you don't have to use a neural silencer!
I didn’t consent to you quoting my post, so please stop doing it against my will.

Difference being there was no reason to go anywhere other than Tanaan in WoD, the rest of the continent was essentially dead space, even for newly levelled characters.
Now, what with world quests being relevant in places, mythic+ and other bits and pieces I spend the majority of my time away from argus so when I do go there it is actually enjoyable.
