I haven't been lucky enough to get that when I use it on my Pandaren so far. I keep getting Blood Elves and Orcs.
Hopefully they won't fix it - it's not a guaranteed thing, it only works for one race, and it only lasts 5 minutes.3 hints to surviving MMO-C forums:
1.) If you have an opinion, someone will say that it is wrong
2.) If you have a source, there will be people who refuse to believe it
3.) If you use logic, it will be largely ignored

It was on the PTR so I doubt it would be fixed anytime soon.
