Best healing metrics for M-Aggramar

I'm thinking healing done during the transition phases is worth about triple healing done at any other time.

Trying to figure out what to do as a resto druid, I think I'm gonna try Incarnation. My Carafe has avoidance, though, so I want to run that and Eonar's, so no Velen's.

Shoulders are great for overall HPS, but I'm not sure how to judge their ability to pre-rejuv the raid before the transition.

Depends on how you pop the adds. If you do 2+2 then 1 at a time, healing CD's should cover the double stacks' entire durations. The hardest part to heal is the single explosions since you won't have cd's. Sometimes that will overlap with taeshalache which can be iffy.
