i have intrusive thoughts, and what seems to be symptoms of harm ocd. it can be scary sometimes.

i'm so scared of a knife just sitting near me. but i can use one for opening things and stuff like that around people without feeling that way.

I too have them, usually suicidal ideation. I eventually got help for it, and while they are still there, I can cope better with them.
