Going for AB and AV spam for Justicar

My question is: For AB and AV, which spec out of prot and arms are better to play on random bg-s? I'm completely clueless in this matter.

For the particular spec, which talents work the best in these random bg situations? (I have some experience in random bg-s, I did Khan on my mage, but that doesn't include AB/AV and I need these reputations on my warrior.)

Prot is probably better at camping ST while waiting for backup to arrive. I think you'll be more useful as arms though in general. I don't think there's much use for a tank in AB, or random bg's really other than FCing (which warriors aren't great at). RIGHT!?
