Shadowbolt vs. Drain Soul as the filler

Hopefully we'll see Drain Soul as a talent. Currently in the alpha build there is a "Coming Soon" talent, and considering its placement in the tree it might very well be Drain Soul, since if it replaces Shadowbolt, it can only exist on the same row as Nightfall.

Drain soul is far superior than shadow bolt.
If you have to move during drain soul is not a DPS loss since you already pushed some damage, but if you HAVE to move during shadow bolt cast animation then you lost 1-2 seconds with no damage done.

At least with drain souls you would have gotten few ticks in.
