    Mogu

    Faction: Horde

Created by the Titans to combat the Old God Y’Shaarj, once their great task has been fulfilled, their creators left and they succumbed to Curse of Flesh, the mogu fell to infighting, plunging into an era of petty warlords. They would be united by a tyrant who stole the power of the gods and ruled the mogu with an iron fist. Even after their god-king died and their empire crumbled, they clung onto dreams of their golden age. Even now, with the Thunder King defeated once more, they remain opposed to the new order of the world and ally with villainous forces. But perhaps a spark of hope remains to bring them back into the light – if only the right person was to lead them. One that remembers the time before Lei Shen.

Classes: warrior, hunter, rogue, mage, shaman, priest, monk, death knight.

    Mount: Terracotta Quilen

Requirements: Future content (no fitting reputation or storyline exists in the game – it would probably require introduction to characters and a new lore before their introduction as an allied race – or an entirely new type of requirement, like defeating Xin the Weaponmaster and Lei Shen on any difficulty)

    Uncorrupted Nerubian.

-Racial ability: Four arms. You can quad-wield 1H weapons or dual wield staves. (passive, purely cosmetic)
-Racial ability: Spider-climb. Can climb steep/vertical surfaces because youre a gigantic friggin spider. (active, 20s duration, 3min CD)
-Racial ability: Creepy AF. Critters within a 50y radius run away in fear. Players suffer a -1pt versatility aura in same radius (similar to spooky camp fire toy) (passive).

I dont give a tiny fuck about any lore that has to be bent, broken, or retconned to make this happen. I just want my badass giant spider race.

    Mogu
    Faction;horde
requirements; Your guess is as good as mine
story; Ji Firepaw has come to the embassy to inform us of a island south of pandaria which is heavy in mogu presence, and suggest trying to ally with them, upon arrival you are encountered by several female Mogu, they end up in a conversation about what to do with you, with some suggestions being less than appealing, than one suggests to just ask him why you came, once you explain that you wish to gain their allegiance, they decide to have you deal with 3 local clans who's fighting are a constant annoyance, they tell you to meet them in a certain location, and upon arrival they explain that the Kargesh, Harthak, and Gurthan clans constant bickering is causing the females to become neglected, they decide that you would be best interested in gaining the trust of Haiyan the Unstoppable, who is the most likely to consider an allegiance with the horde, you go to Haiyan and tell him that the Horde wishes to aid him against his rivals in exchange for his allegiance to the horde, he almost immediately accepts, and at first he tells you to slaughter his rivals, but you convince him that using subtlety would give him an advantage as the others clans wouldn't expect him to be subtle, you go and assassinate Ming the Cunning and Kuai the Brute, and Haiyan excitedly swears his allegiance to the Horde

    Ooh, this is fun.

So, number one race I'd love to play, but will likely never be available~

    CHILD OF CENARIUS

    Faction
    Alliance

    Heritage Armor
    Something like this~

    Racial Traits
Stag's Leap: Leap high into the air in a wide arc
Nature's Bounty: Small chance to discover extra materials with any herbalism, mining, or skinning action
Creature of the Wilds: Increases move speed and armor whenever outside
Poison Thorn: Attacks against you have a small chance to apply a low DoT to the attacker
    Wisp Spirit (shared with Nelfs)

    Racial Mount
Galloping: Stance that lets the dryad/keeper run with the speed of a ground mount
Wisp Form: Transform into a wisp for a unique flight form
Other mounts: Rather than riding in the saddle, the dryad/keeper transforms into a wisp, which revolves around the mount

    Classes
Priest, Druid, Rogue, Hunter, Shaman, Warrior

    Class Perks
Druid: Bear and Cat are archdruid forms (inspired by Malfurion) with antlers, fangs, feathers, and long ears all accentuating their features. Travel and Flight forms are a fast transformation into Child of Cenarius racial mount. Swift Flight is a faerie dragon. Balance lets the druid transform into a green drakkonid.
Shaman: A small tree rapidly grows in place of the standard totem
Priest: Damage dealing abilities (disc and holy) cause the dryad/keeper to summon and fire an ethereal bow, instead of the default casting animation
Hunter: Unique white+blue stag starting pet

Cool idea but they need monks, it'd be a crime to never use the legs in combat

    Eredar-Horde

    Faction: Horde

Twisted and corrupted so thoroughly, they became the epitome of corruption among the cosmos, the eredar are one of the oldest and most powerful races in the universe. And yet, they have met a grizzly fate when Sargeras’s Burning Legion was defeated and their supremacy in all the Twisting Nether was overthrown. Once masters of creations, now forced to live on scraps of their former power, they could use a new ally. And we could use an ally who knows how to fight the darkness, no matter how far we must go.

Classes: warrior, rogue, hunter, mage, warlock, priest, death knight

Mount: Man’ari Felhound (a different variant of the Argus felhound model)

Requirements: Future content (Argus could be seen as a potential prerequisite but since they feature only as antagonists there, it could not be enough)

Having found themselves too weak in both strength and numbers to conquer a planet and rebuild (they basically tried and failed), these Eredar decide to join an already established world power. Thus they contact the Council of the Black Harvest, offering their yet considerable power to either Horde or Alliance in exchange for amnesty and acceptance into their ranks. The Council conveys the message to both factions. The Alliance instantly rejects them for obvious reasons. Sylvanas, however, being pragmatic as she is, accepts their offer, but on her own terms. The Eredar would have to willingly let themselves be enslaved by Horde warlocks so they could be easily neutralized in case of betrayal. Having no other choice but to submit, the Eredar accept Sylvanas's offer.

    Faction: Horde

    Mount: a variation of Vilefiend

Heritage Armor: a variation of Kil'Jaeden's armor (basically chains, metal plates, and exposed parts)

    Available classes:
    warrior, rogue, mage, warlock, priest

    Racial traits:

Enslaved - A Horde warlock has enslaved you, restraining your powers (just flavor text, does nothing). Alternatively, if you click on this trait, the Enslave spell effect will appear around your character for a couple of seconds while they are performing the /roar emote
Resist Enslavement - Temporarily weaken your bounds, increasing physical and magic damage dealt by x% and haste by x%. When this effect ends, you lose x% of total health
Gift of Sargeras - Physical, Fire and Shadow damage dealt increased by x%, and damage taken from these schools reduced by x%. Holy and Nature damage taken increased by (x+1)%
Demonic Servant - Summon Bob, your faithful but pitiful Wyrmtongue servant, who can repair your gear and provide bank and mail access. Big cooldown.
Demonic Rations - Tear up a tiny rift into a former Legion world, which you and your groupmates can use to extract Unused Legion Rations from (conjured food with an additional effect of making your character emit flickers of Fel fire)
Immortal Demon Soul - Upon death, your spirit will linger and continue fighting for x more seconds (probably disabled in instanced PvP)
    Yeah!

I always liked the Man'ari race. Maybe some broke off from the Legion's control after the defeat of Sargeras. They could be slightly larger than normal Draenei/Lightforged Draenei. I like the look of the Eredar Twins, Vatrusta, and Sironas. Velhari looks okay.

Nether Singularity: this ability would work like Demonic Circle, except you teleport your enemy instead.
Fel Ruse: fire/shadow AoE burst and/or/with DoT damage.
    Mark of Sargeras: absorption defensive.
    Chaotic Mind: increased haste.
Demonic Blood: resistance to fire/shadow magic.

    • Hunter
    • Mage
    • Rogue
    • Warlock
    • Warrior

    Broken Draenei

    Faction: Alliance
Available classes: warrior, hunter, rogue, shaman, mage, warlock
Heritage Armor: sinister, but shamanistic looking robes, adorned in skulls and wicked blades (e.g Akama's outfit)
    Mount: Talbuk

    Racial traits:
[Cloaked in Shadows] Permits you to move about, and stalk enemies, unseen. Attacking in this state will deal bonus damage, but make you visible. (Akama and the "Draenei" were very stealthy in WCIII)
[One with Death] Allows you perform additional actions for ?time? after suffering a killing blow. (symbolic of many Broken having given up on life)
[Shadow Resistance] Reduces Shadow damage taken by 1%.
[Survival] Boosts stat benefits from food, and increased resistance to Poison, Disease, and Bleed. (thanks to their years on Outland)

N.B: As outlined in my thread, Broken (both sexes) would use Orc animations, both as a means to differentiate them from Draenei and LF Draenei, as well as a plus in novelty. Female Broken would not look like this!

    Eidolons

    Faction: Alliance
Available classes: warrior, hunter, rogue, druid
Heritage Armour: Crude, revealing armour, composed of wood, vines, and bones
Mount: Nightsaber, decked out like their Heritage Armour

    Racial traits:
[Blades of Teldrassil] Experience gains from killing Humanoids increased by 20%. (Eidolons are all about meting out punishment for the burning of Teldrassil)
[Fleet of Foot] Incrementally increases your running speed. The longer you run the faster you go up to a maximum speed. It becomes inactive in combat, underwater, or Indoors. (yeah it's Plainsrunning, but as a Passive, makes sense given that they're almost-centaurs)
[Nature Resistance] Reduces Nature damage taken by 1%.
[Quickness] Increases your chance to dodge melee and ranged attacks by 2%, and your movement speed by 2%.
[Spirit of Vengeance] Increases the power and speed of your melee attacks and spells for ?time?. (They are frenzied, fanatical warriors, more beast than human Night Elf)

N.B: More details in the thread, proper, but despite their looks, I envisioned Eidolons as modified Worgen, although their tail and extra legs would require animating (e.g Vulpera), and their idles and attacks changed, much like what Blizzard has been doing for other Allied Races that might otherwise end up duplicates (e.g Nightborne vs Zandalari)

    Satyrs

    Faction: Alliance

For many night elves, satyrs are the enemy. The ancient force of corruption, made from their own brethren who listened to the whispers of the Burning Legion. And if that was not enough, they dance from one great enemy to another, dedicating themselves to the Emerald Nightmare and its Old God master. But those nuances mean few people know the truth about the satyrs and their flexibility. Perhaps there is a yet different faction of satyrs somewhere deep in the Dream, that escaped the corruption of their brethren.

Classes: warrior, rogue, hunter, priest, mage, warlock, druid, shaman.

Mount: Purified Courser (a new variant of the unarmored Legion unicorn mount)
