i mean look at some girls that are actually in porn, piper perri and others, they easily look somewhat underage.

idk if it's just good genes in my area or what, but me and most of other girls in my school looked older than we were.
That isn't how the law works though, else a peadophile could use that excuse easily.

It is still, the trials have started now. This has been under investigation for almost a year before they started pulling in all the teens and adults who's been in contact with this video.

They can consent to sex like the human beings they are but they aren't counted as adults until the age of 18.

    1) 15 years old fucking - perfectly fine, not children
    2) watching them fucking - perversion and pedophilia, the subjects suddenly become "children"

On the other hand how should we punish someone that killed 80 people and injured 300? Well, 20 years in prison, playing games and watching movies should teach him a lesson
They weren't filming themselves. They were having sexual intercourse while someone had found where they were hiding, and recorded it.

Man, if only we had laws in place regarding intent to distribute.

    Oh wait, Danes.
There is absolutely no basis for individual rights to firearms or self defense under any contextual interpretation of the second amendment of the United States Constitution. It defines clearly a militia of which is regulated of the people and arms, for the expressed purpose of protection of the free state. Unwillingness to take in even the most basic and whole context of these laws is exactly the road to anarchy.

Biology 101: your body is basically mature at 15-18, meaning you've developed enough to procreate successfully. Laws won't change evolution.

To resist the influence of others, knowledge of oneself is most important.

Illegal "underage porn", yes. Pedophilia, nope.

    Wow that's harsh!

Meanwhile immigrants in Sweden are allowed to stay married to and live with their child brides legally.

It’s not child porn if the offerender is the same age which is the case for many charged.

Denmark they can too but only because we were told off. They government tried to split the underage married girls apart from their partner. The partner then threatened to commit suicide, so WHO and EU said they couldn't do so.

But it is as soon as it is shared out.

After a quick scroll over my Twitter feed to confirm we still share a common reality; yes, yes they do.

You can't simply use the "I didn't know" card. It is your duty to make sure that you know the rules and that you take every action possible to follow them. Just as when you have no clue what the speed limits are becuase you missed the sign - When the cops get you, you can't just say "I had no idea". It just won't work.
It's the duty of the human kind to wake the fuck up and don't freak out every time some minor shit takes place, especially since things that are more important and tragic are handled terribly. Putting a "child pornographer" label on someone that shared some shit without even knowing wtf is there is just fucking stupid.

Yeah, people should make sure that and that, but it doesn't happen. Imagine you need to prosecute all the people that open email attachments without even thinking about it, because they are stupid as fuck.

Does it write on them "15 years old"? I've seen 13 old girls that I swear look like 18, behave like 18, and probably even fuck like a 25. I mean if you wear a ton of makeup, go out half naked, smoke and get drunk, who the fuck is so struck that you suck a ton of dicks for example... "Poor child, but she's only 13" would retards say. Please try and save her, be my guest. Some children are just like that, not really children. I think it should be a difference between someone that ACCIDENTALLY gets a porn movie with some young slut like that, and those for real into that crap.

Again, it does not matter if you didn't know it, you did it. You broke the laws and you shared a clip with children having sex. They are not going after people who happened to watch the clip but people who saw it and then decided that it was a great idea to share it with others.

This way, they'll learn not to fuck up again. They should be glad they live in Denmark where this will be little more than an inconveniencem, not actual jail time.

Obviously if anyone knew they were under 18 and deliberately shared it, they should be convicted, but for the people who didn't know, I don't think they should be. Especially given how hard it's become to tell when people are under 18 or not.

On a separate note, it seems crazy to have a law saying you can have sex at 15 but you can't share videos of it until they participants are 18. If you have sex with your girlfriend and send each other a video of it, are you distributing child porn?

Just a few random thoughts (some good, some rambling), related to this topic.

    - So a girl consented to sex. Fine; she’s at the age of consent. The fucked up thing is that stuff happened to her that she did not consent to AND it was filmed! I hope her life turns out good, because that’s some messed up stuff. She’s absolutely a victim.

    - The age of consent to be FILMED having sex should be higher than the “regular” age of consent. Video can exist FOREVER, so it’s a much bigger decision. Furthermore, the girl in this story DID NOT consent to being filmed!

    - The age of consent is important to me, because I’m a parent to a teenager.

    - The age of consent where I’m from is 16. I basically agree with this, but I believe that age gap restrictions should also be in place. (WITH age gap restrictions, I’m OK with lowering the age to 15, actually.)

    - SOME laws really don’t make sense. Where I’m from, you cannot WATCH porn until you’re 18, but you can have sex when you’re 16. What?! (I’m not talking about making your own porn; just watching it!)

    - Some people in this thread are saying she was a “child”. Maybe it’s just where I’m from, but a “child is someone who is aged 2 or 3… up to aged 12. While what happened to her was horrible, calling “child porn” or whatever may actually backfire. (People won’t take you seriously, because you grossly mislabeled the situation.) If we want to portray her as a victim [which is true], we should try to be accurate.

    - FULL brain maturity (in humans) doesn’t happen until about age 25. And I strongly suspect it’s related to making mistakes, and then learning from them. Including sexual mistakes, such as regretting some of the people you’ve slept with.

    - Not everyone looks their age. I didn’t LOOK 18 until I was closer to 25-28. And when I was 18, I looked closer to 13 or 14. A woman in her 30s shouldn’t be in trouble for having sex with my 18 year old self, merely for looking young. (I didn’t do that; I’m just giving an example.)

    - About sex in general: Enthusiastic consent should be the goal.

    - I don’t think attraction to teenagers is wrong; what matters is what you DO with that attraction. Ex: They’re 16, and you’re 21? You should probably just move on.

    - In Romeo and Juliet, there is a passage where Juliet wants to be alone with her husband, and it’s hinted that she wants to have sex with him. Juliet was 13, in that story, which weirds me out. (People likely matured faster back then.)
