Sin in mythic+ ?

Some instances especially on tyrannical are just made for SIN. For example Upper-Kara which has not much trash, but the boss fights can take forever. I recommend playing SiN, if you have high on demand AOE class in your group and you compliment them with very very good stustain single target damage output.

I mostly play 19-22 Keys.

The way elfporn describes is exactly the right way to go im m+ as Sin. But i rather prefer shoulders and use vanish for big pulls when poison bomb procs. So basically i always use vanish to boost pb. It doenst hurt me too much when its not ready for bosses since you can also use it midfight when it comes of cooldown. Most of the time i just run bracers/mantle, however i sometimes switch to boots/bracers when you have a priority target which has to die quickly before the boss and you want Vendetta to be ready quickly again. But this is pure minmaxing. A high rolled CoF might be useful at minmaxing Vendetta as well.

The way I used to handle trash packs ( because bosses we're fine, specially on high keys ) was cloak+shoulder with Nightstalker and open from stealth FoK ( making sure to properly stack a few FoK stacks before the previous pack actually died, so I'd get on the next pack with 10+ ), then obviously switch back to single target legendaries if some hard pack or bosses were coming around

Plus I mean... DH are lame. Rogues are way cooler
