the top 4 of my list would be:

gnome warrior, can those tiny things even swing 2handers while wearing plate? ever heard of weight division in martial arts? well in warfare there are none, are they supposed to go toe to toe (or head to knee in that case) against orcs and tauren?

undead hunter, sure undead can use bows and guns as well as anyone, but a hunter is also about animal empathy and connection to nature and undead are... well dead, they have no connection to nature as unatural beings, no empathy to the living and the only animal they could possibly attract is carrion birds, for food...

tauren paladins, tauren have nothing to do with knighthood or the light or organized religion or militant zealots

goblin shaman: a deeply spiritual class that reveres nature and the elements in the hands of goblins? goblins have no spirituality and revere nothing but money, the elements would spit on them not obey them

the rest are 'ok-ish' with a bit of imaginations though some spec/race combos like UD holy priest really push it

Honestly i cant wait till blizz allow pandaren to be paladins ! the female pandas looks great in MoP CM gear :/ i dont have a panda but i would pay for the race change .
