To be fair, it is a plot point that the Orcs forgot most of their past when drinking the demon blood PLUS as a warsong, his son going sick like that would have pretty much rendered his son "Not strong enough I have no son"

Yeah, but in reality Garrosh wasn't a thing back in WC3 and I guess in Lord of the Clans the Creators forgot to tell Golden about him.

Its naturally an asspull and everybody knows that if you had asked the creators back in Wotlk about Taelia or an upcoming addon where Zandalari and Kul Tiras go to war with each other after we defeated the burning legion, they would asked you dafuq you are talking about. So we shouldn't really talk about consistency in WoW. I would be really surprised if they plan the Story two Patches ahead. Probably not.

The Scarlet Crusade could be a good guess and i looked up the notable ones, like Baren Westwind (who was Kul'tiran btw).

The only who we know is from Stormwind is this one

Thorval found the house burned down with their corpses inside, iirc.

And at the end of the Kul Tiras storyline Nathanos reveals that Taelia's parents were nobodies who sold her for cheep booze.

Taelia is the daughter of a Lordaeronian woman and a Knight of Stormwind, she was sent to Kul Tiras by her father after mom died to the Scourge, so he had enough pull and power to place her as a ward with the Proudmoore house. So, she's likely the child of Bolvar Fordragon or Marcus Jonathan or maybe Gavinrad the Dire.

I think its okay. Taelia's mothers dies and Bolvar send her to Kul Tiras during Third War. After Third War Bolvar come back to SW and Varian disappear. He becomes Regent Lord. Not much time to go in Kul Tiras - he have throne and small kid to watch. Also Arthas's threat is still active.

They've been setting up Bolvar as a major threat for a long time. This seems like a deliberate attempt to continue to foreshadow that. Maybe he'll be redeemed by his daughter to differentiate him from his predecessor?

    Could be Golden trolling again.

Though that she's going with Anduin (Golden's favorite) to Stormwind makes me think they're setting her up as Queen.

Every King(Queen) need an heir and a womb(d**k) to produce it...

Just how many people in game know that Bolvar is the Lich King anyway? Does Anduin know, for instance?

Not many. The adventurers do, and I assume the Ebon Blade does, but that's probably it. However, that'll likely be a stunning in-narrative reveal where we may lose face with our factions for concealing the truth about the Lich King.

How could we conceal not only that the Lich King was still active, but that he's now Bolvar Fordragon? Perhaps we'll experience a fall from grace and have to prove our worth again. Even Tirion's reputation could be thrown into question, and we decide to work to restore both our and his reputations. It could be a fun narrative and something different in WoW: experiencing our own fall and redemption.

Which reminds me, were the adventurers at the Frozen Throne when Tirion crowned Bolvar the Lich King? You'd think at least a few of them would question how good an idea it was.

Well, future Queen Taelia Wrynn of Stormwind, daughter of the Lich King, was just created.

Question perhaps, but Tirion was in charge of the operation (saved our butts after the last second) and on fire, but alive, Bolvar was kind of insistent that we not only do this, but swear to tell people only that both he and the Lich King were dead. I mean of my toons, only my main has actually killed the Lich King and witnessed those events. He, to this day, never defeated Deathwing. Some other adventures did that (and all the CATA raids...my guild said no thanks to those early on). I don't think I ever killed Illidan either (I don't raid in TBC, so I didn't attune for them, even though we did do some of those raid and all the Vanilla raids later on, and all Wrath and post-CATA raids).
