And it is said by the person who was happy to exchange the lore kaldorei and the night elf / nightborne model for the high elves.

When the exchange was confirmed you were happy and you agreed that the horde had a kaldorei kingdom now you want everything.

wanting to rob playable races of their stuff is clearly a bad thing
Elves dont belong on the horde, they're an alliance race a faction of which was ported over to the horde to boost numbers.

It's pointless arguing about exchanges or the nonsense that has filled fans' heads.

Alliance fans shouldn't feel they need to exchange one of their races' sub race to get access to another of their races as playable- it's so silly, but you can fool desperate people into thinking they are getting a good deal when they dont have to settle at all.

    It's how con artist work

They were cast out.. way before, I think there should be a story bout that and what that means. To hold on false herritage were they are not even welcome , should be a good indicater why you guys should move on from that idea. I saw some people saying well then blood elves should get something extra.. in my opinion thats the wrong way. It should be the other eay around and let the void elves do their void things and expand on it.

I mean you have to agree with me that its actually silly that they have the same story. Why should the blood elves make room for them? They dont even like the void elves.

I am realy against that idea, same with night elves and nightborne. Their motives are so differnt and still some are trying so hard to make them fit in their own narrative. Thats just not how it works.

I am all for race own unique identity and so far it works out well.. just void elves kinda lack on all front on that. Nightborne have their arcane thing.. its like night elves asking the arcane stuff. That is already happening. But because of these examples.. you will be known for stealing things the horde has. Thats bad.

Alleria was the one and only example to enter silvermoon and basically gets kicked out. Well she kicked herself out even better.

    Yup that guy...
for our friend at that time it was a fair exchange! all his complaint now is nothing but a sham

Alliance fans are not important when it comes to the Sin'dorei or Shal'dorei.

Your precious Kaldorei are the reason why neither Quel'Thalas or Suramar are part of the Alliance.

you! you were the one who said it was fair trade! not me!

for you having high elves in exchange for lore and the night elf model was a fair trade!

now you changed your mind because you don't feel satisfied you want more!

but in its time for you and for many other players of the alliance this was a fair trade! and you celebrated!

I did not want nightborne as a playable race in the horde because I do like night elves and lore and I thought they should be in the alliance or maybe be a neutral race. but you did want this exchange.

now suramar is ours and must remain ours because it is a racial capital of a playable race of the horde.

P.D: I always wanted the exchange for the humans of Alterac

Alliance fans are not important for the development of Sin'dorei and Shal'dorei.
Always remember that. They are Horde and it's brilliant to see them work alongside their Horde allies.

Move over night elves (don't really care that much about you any more, you were a placeholder) and welcome the high elves coming home. Although they have a twist to them now that is known as void elves, they have been linked with the alliance. And nightborne with the horde (a fair trade if you ask me) hordies can get some night elf lore they can attach to, and finally we can have access to high elves.

To be honest i never really liked night elves that much, but we had no choice in vanilla as they wer the only elves available, and since high elves never materialised, (blood elves felt wrong) I kinda adopted them. Remember they were the first elves to show up in the warcraft story, the whole point of night elves is to be a background for the high elves. Blood elves was just a flavor who's horde placement was only there to fix the balance problems back there. This is the true homecoming of the elves.

The lengths i have gone through for this. EVERY CHARACTER is going to race change to high (void) elf. Every single one.

YES YES YES YES YES YES .. . what lovely news to come home to.. it surely is far too late to change, anyway, so lets hear it. How excited are you about this?

very good new blizzard, very good news.
but if ravenmoon didn't care about the kaldorei! He made it clear when it was announced that the void elves were to be for the alliance and the nightborne for the horde! He only cared about the high elves being playable in the alliance that the horde had the suramar, lore, night elf model was a fair exchange for him.

all he is doing now is seeking to steal content from the horde that at first it seemed good that the horde had in exchange for the high elves.

ravenmoon the alliance has high elves! that's what you wanted! now stop wanting to steal our capitals!

I like to see how the shaldorei and sindorei work together! and I love that lorthemar and thalyssra are a couple!

but I don't like that revanmoon lies! He wanted the exchange and it seemed like a fair exchange! all he's asking and complaining about is nothing more than being greedy besides being a liar, he blames blizzard for a horde bias for giving the horde nightbone when in his time he congratulated and thanked blizzard for this exchange

Well it's as he says; "Elves don't belong on the Horde." He's entitled to that wrong view, of course.

But that does show a clear ignorance of the lore and why Blood Elves and Nightborne are not Alliance and why they find similarity between each other, rather than their tree-loving cousins (Night Elves) or their human-loving cousins (High and Void Elves)

This has been known for a very very very long time. Especially since Blizzard themselves back then came out and said the way they handled key characters were terrible.

It's actually why we got the whole Illidan arc/book during Legion, and why they're involving Vashj & Kael again.

Basically other than maybe the zone settings of TBC, people shouldn't take the lore of key figures during that time as canon. Since Blizzard is currently, and has been for a while, essentially re-writing it.

Look, I didn't design the game, the alliance or the horde, they did, and Elves don't fit on the horde, never did, they've changed the horde just to fit the elves in, it doesn't work, no body likes it but horde elf fans, and it's disproportionate. . furthermore it's un-necessary.

While they can't go back, horde elves playable are here to stay, they don't need to be a big thing on the horde, nor should they be.. the balance can be fixed with the elven development focused entirely on the alliance, with the horde having access tot he high elves and night elves as playable on the blood elves and Nightborne, small niche remnant groups, nothing more.

Sooner or later, if they haven't realised it or seen it, blizzard will. The moment they hire or promote a competent person to creative lead , and actually look at their own product properly, they'll see all of this.

They'll see how very much alliance themed elves are

    • How and why the decision was taken for blood elves to cross over to boost the numbers
    • How un-necessary elven glorification and promotion on the horde is at this point when it's the alliance way down on numbers
    • How beneficial to fixing both horde identity and image crises and improving the alliance it will be.

The horde theme and make up never needed alliance elves, - only the numbers did, and blood elves were a fast and easy solution, but were not hte only ones.

they have never fit the horde theme, or meshed with the horde philosophy either, to have changed the horde to accomodate them has diminished the horde itself and severely wounded or rather crippled the alliance too.

They are a problem that is so easy to fix by shifting the elven focus back and totally to the alliance. While they can't remove blood elves and nightborne as playable, they don't need to expand them and certianly don't need them hugging the kingdom of the high elves or the Kaldorei civilization - the most loved paspects of the alliance, when the horde does not need them and should have been expanding the Trolls and orcs a lot more instead.

This is what they would return to, and the horde willb e better for it, so would the alliance.

there is nothing that says the elves have to be the only attractive or desired thing in warcraft, and they aren't. They are to a lot of alliance fans and alliance minded people on the horde - many fans would be delighted with more amazing Zandslari troll stuff, and new races or incarnations of orcs and goblins that also bring great things to the table in a horde way.

no need to keep porting alliance favourites over. time to return them to the alliance. For the alliance.

Or Horde Elves stay as they are and you have no say in how they are developed since your Alliance.

Sin'dorei and Shal'dorei are not for your concern. We Horde Elf fans will talk about how they should be developed. Not biased alliance fans, who either don't know the lore or can't accept the lore.

Alliance is just "Humans and the rest." Get rid of that and your Elves have the potential to shine. Your not taking ours so forget that idea, for a start. You don't deserve Sin'dorei and Shal'dorei, ravenmoon - or their cities.
You don't get to dictate to Horde fans about what they should want. Your not morally superior just because you want have fantasies about nelfs and helfs who are all under the rule of the Humans. Hell, Tyrande couldn't even make a decision on how to fight without Varian coming in.

That's telling on why Silvermoon and Suramar need to stay the hell away from the alliance. Your just blind to what the real problems are, on the Alliance. It's not the Horde elf story. It's your own story.

Horde has two playable races that were originally part of the Alliance in addition to that they even got a form of Night Elf in Legion, and now you're telling us they should have a fourth alliance race?

    you did not answer me

What was it that made you change your mind? Before the alliance had high elves and the nightborne horde seemed like a fair trade in your own words.

the horde has playable elves therefore it is content of the horde, the alliance has its own elves. blizz must develop the defending races of the different factions must not steal the content of another race.

It makes you laugh when you said yourself that it was good that the horde could have the content of the night elves in exchange for playable high elves in the alliance. is what you got.

These new hordies just dont get it.

Restore the fullness of the high elves and night elves to the alliance and all this disappears.

They never stoo to think why this only exists over the blood elves and Nightborne and not the actual horde races like orcs, trolls, tauren, goblin even forsaken.

This is what happens when you take the best alliance stuff and give it to the horde you cant honestly expect the biggest fans of this stuff, the alliance to be content and happy on what is clearly shitting on them to beef up the faction set up to be their enemies.

It will continue as long as blizzard keeps funnelling the best of the alliance to the horde in the elves. Race that doesnt belong there and that the horde no longer needs to have glorified for faction numbers.

Elves on the horde isnt needed, and certainly having the best of these alliance races on the horde is just creating more problems than it is solving.

It's time blizzard start focusing on the alliance elves and end their promotions on the horde for these alliance races

= balance restored horde can be fully horde, alliance fully alliance

What was it that made you change your mind? Before the alliance had high elves and the nightborne horde seemed like a fair trade in your own words.

the horde has playable elves therefore it is content of the horde, the alliance has its own elves. blizz must develop the defending races of the different factions must not steal the content of another race.

It makes you laugh when you said yourself that it was good that the horde could have the content of the night elves in exchange for playable high elves in the alliance. is what you got.

what they are requesting is to steal capitals of playable races of the horde, that's crazy
Must have been a different Ravenmoon back then, too swept up and immersed into the foolish arguments of the day and the bad psychology - anyone can be forgiven for being blind once they see the truth.

Sometimes it just takes stepping back or zooming out..you should try it, sometimes wanting something too badly or clinging to it will warp your perspective and prevent you from seeing clearly.

It's easy to admit you are wrong when you realise the truth about something and realise what the real problem is and what the better solution is. Whiles some good could come out of an exchange, the premise was false, and rubbish to start with, secondly, when you caring so deeply ceases to causes you to fixate on one thing alone, it's easier to see what you couldnt see and easier to grasp the wider picture.

Horde never needed any exchange, and shouldnt have gotten one, Nightborne going horde was perpetuating an error on the momentum or trend of "horde must get better " that the devs had been far too use to.

When they design elves and do an amazing job, they have to realise it is okay for the alliance now to have alliance things that are better than that on the horde but perhaps they need to see their game collapse under the imbalance their unnecessary bias is producing for them to realise "oh shit" the alliance really needs to look better and attract its players again.

They will see as I have seen, that the horde has long since not needed the loan of the Thalassian kingdom and didn't need the kaldorei civilization either. The natural conclusion to fixing this would be return them to their original owners and let the elves on the horde fade into the background, with a token vestige remaining to allow hordies access to pretty models for those who need them, but not needing anything more than that. Certainly not needing elven Thalassian and kaldorei assets shining on the horde who also has all the best of its races when the heart of those elven races still neats strongly and proudly on the alliance where they have always been, always desired and at home.

They will soon see that the horde has been give the best of the
    Orcs
    Trolls
    Tauren
    Goblins
    Forsaken

In addition to the best of the
    Elves
High elves and the Night elves
A d while Pandaren seem equal, they lore wise skewed to the horde.

Leaving the alliance with only more of
    Dwarves
    Gnomes
    Draenei
    and most of the humans

Sooner or later blizzard will think to themselves.. wait a minute.. why have we given the horde all their race, then added the best of 2 of the most favoured alliance races, and skewed the pandaren too - off course d'uh the horde will greatly out number the alliance, we've given them the best of literally most of the warcraft playable races.

The logical thing to do would be to restore to the alliance the heart of the elves. They won't remove the blood elves and Nightborne as playable, but the best of the high elves and night elves they placed on the horde will return to the alliance - this would mean the alliance will get new and better assets for the elves than the horde or they will share the current assets or the horde elven assets will transfer to the alliance - and in every situation the elves would be written better on the alliance.

this doesn't mean the horde will be worse or lesser, just that the elves will be greater and much better on the alliance, the other horde races would be added assets to make up for the loss or diminishing of the elves.

The horde will appreciate this, they would recognise the improvement of horde races making up for the diminishing of horde elves and be thankful for it. the alliance would be happy to get their elves larger and more glorified on the faction that loves them and desires them the most.

Win win. except for a few hardcore horde fans annoyed because they'd no longer have bragging rights and watch the alliance get better elf stuff.. that's it.. but they'd still have access to blood elves and Nightborne, so they can either live with it, or transfer alliance if they want to salivate over the fancy stuff.
