TBF, void-related stuff happens REALLY fast, I mean, it took arcane energies of the Sunwell and the Nightwell thousands of years to change night elves into helves/belves and nightborne, whereas the void caused various biological changes in belves within days or even hours.
If it happens it will be another one of those "But we want High Elves," posting brigade again.
Then it will get desperate, making what they claim is acceptable and eventually Blizz does another one and the cycle repeats.
Cannot wait for the Chrono Elves who have been touched by time itself and blessed by Noz and be a thing for the Alliance so we can move to the next halfway demand; Cosmo Elves.

...first i susoect it would be more human physique blue eyes elf ears(but shorter) and not so pronounced eyebrows
Culturally i suspect more humble then be/ve and probably he while still retaining an affinity for magic. Their architecture i can see being a blue version if places like quel dorei lodge.
Honestly too tired to go on but i expect them to embrace alot of what players see in high elves.
THEY would have been a good compromise not void elves
Half-Elves would be fine. I have zero problem with half-elves similar to Mag'har, where they have customization harkening to their heritages/"clans" (Windrunner tats, Silvermoon-ish hair, etc)
Don't be disingenuous. He said if you want to be a FAIR-SKINNED FANTASY ELF archetype, you go Horde.

The entire point of my opposition against playable High Elves was to preserve the integrity of my in game faction and ensure that Blood Elves were seen for what they are, the true High Elves of the Warcraft Universe.
There are no Half Elves in the Horde. They are no threat to the integrity of the Horde nor do they threaten to undermine Blood Elves.
If the pro High Elf community wants to dedicate itself now to getting Half Elves, it would be a churlish Horde player who argues against it, and I would wish them luck in that endeavour.

As I said, the Blood/High Elves are massive hypocrites. They've always been massive hypocrites. I've never said they weren't massive hypocrites.

I mean honestly i feel like trolls(remember elves descended from trolls( tend to mutate/ adapt ridiculously fast. As in single generations can cause changes.
Though i do suspect void was faster in part because they were basically bathed in it(almost literally) as opposed to just using the energy/being around it i bet if an elf or troll literally bathed in the sunwell or nightwell they would walk out a new light based subspecies provided they lived.
I was expecting a more PR response, really. Isn't this the same response he gave before? The one that these High Elf people have been arguing against all this time? If they actually want people to stop they should probably try and address what they're talking about.
High Elves aren't a big deal for me one way or the other, but the response is good for people who like to laugh at a trash fire on the internet at least.
